Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director (APRN) at Waybridge Clinics in Nashville, TN. The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with the Medical Director (MD) and be a key leader in our team. The role will focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals receiving IV ketamine therapy for mood and pain disorders. The clinical director will ensure smooth operations while seeing and treating patients.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Treat patients with IV ketamine for certain mood and pain disorders.
• Organize and oversee the people and programs of our clinical team.
• Oversee the clinic's compliance with legal policies, practice guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Ensure our clinic not only meets but exceeds compliance standards while promoting innovative, patient-centered care.
• Act as a critical connection between patients, their families, and additional care staff.

Qualifications

• IV competency
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Current certification and unencumbered APRN license in Tennessee 
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• APRN Emergency medicine experience or relevant specialization is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in care delivery of ketamine for mood or pain disorders preferred but not required
• Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health or relevant specialization preferred but not required
